Iron Edge Arsenal Licenses

Iron Edge Arsenal Licenses

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: February 2026

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any 3D products from Iron Edge Arsenal (“Iron Edge”, “we”, “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Iron Edge product, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the products.

1) License Rights

All Iron Edge 3D models, textures, materials, Blueprints, names, acronyms, and related files are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Iron Edge Arsenal.

Subject to the license you purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the products under this EULA.

You may: use the assets as part of a larger project (e.g., a game, film, animation, or interactive application).

You may not: sell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the assets as standalone files or in any way that competes with the original product.

2) General Usage Rules (Applies to All Licenses)

Allowed

  • Use in commercial and non-commercial projects (games, films, series, animation, VR/AR, prototypes).

  • Modify the assets as needed (mesh edits, materials, textures, rigs, technical adjustments, etc.).

  • Distribute the assets only as embedded content in a larger project (e.g., compiled game build, rendered video, packaged application), provided the raw files are not intentionally made available for extraction.

Not Allowed

  • Resale or redistribution of the assets (in whole or in part) as standalone assets, asset packs, templates, or libraries.

  • Sharing files beyond the user limits of your license (including uploading to public repositories, open drives, or asset-sharing servers).

  • Using the assets to create competing marketplace products that include Iron Edge files.

Extraction note: no system is 100% “non-extractable.” The intent here is that you must not distribute the raw files directly, nor knowingly make them easily accessible as standalone assets.

3) Names, Acronyms & “IP-Free” Statement

3.1 Original Naming System (Names & Acronyms)

All Iron Edge products use an original naming and acronym system created by us. This system exists to add identity, realism, and immersion—so each part feels like a real product with its own model, variant, and code.

You may use these names and acronyms inside your project (e.g., in-game UI, item names, descriptions, and documentation), with the understanding that:

  • these names are not exclusive to your project (other customers may use them as well);

  • they function similarly to real-world product naming: you can reference them, but you do not “own” them;

  • the names and acronyms remain property of Iron Edge Arsenal.

3.2 “IP-Free” / No Real-World Firearm Royalties

When we say our products are IP-free, we mean they are original creations and do not rely on third-party firearm brands, real manufacturer trademarks, or protected model names. This allows you to use the assets in commercial games and productions without paying royalties to real-world firearm IP holders.

This does not mean the content is public domain or unlicensed: the models, materials, textures, names, and acronyms remain property of Iron Edge Arsenal and are licensed to you under the license you purchased.

5) Availability by Platform (Important)

Because each marketplace has its own licensing system, not all license types are available everywhere.

  • Epic FAB: Personal + Pro

  • CGTrader: Personal + Pro

  • Gumroad (Official Iron Edge Website): Personal + Extended + Pro

If a platform offers fewer license options, the purchase is governed by the closest matching license tier available on that platform, plus this EULA.

6) Source Files (Pro License)

When included, source files may contain project files such as .blend (Blender) and .spp (Substance Painter), along with related setups provided by Iron Edge.

Source file content may vary by product, and not every pack is guaranteed to include the same structure or organization. If you have questions about a specific pack, contact support.

7) Custom Services (Additional Work)

Iron Edge offers two types of services:

A) Customization of Purchased Iron Edge Products (Packs / Collections)

Services focused on enhancements and variations of Iron Edge products you already purchased, tailored to your project and pipeline.

Examples

  • Custom camouflage, paints, and patterns for Iron Edge weapons

  • Model optimization for better performance

  • Adjustments or creation of new Traditional versions based on purchased models

  • Weapon + magazine merged into a single Skeletal Mesh (when feasible)

  • Material slot reduction for performance optimization

Important

  • These services apply only to purchased Iron Edge products. We do not provide this type of service for unrelated third-party assets.

B) On-Demand Work (100% Exclusive Models & Items)

We also offer from-scratch creation of weapons, items, and assets that are fully unique, developed under request for your project—not tied to any packs sold.

This is ideal for studios that need:

  • an exclusive model,

  • a set of items built to specification,

  • or a custom delivery aligned with a specific pipeline.
